Monaco Self Storage is a secure and well lit facility. We do our best to protect your belongings with such security measures as our 24-hour digital video surveillance system and electronic gate access. All of our customers receive a unique access code to our computerized gate access system so that we always know who enters and exits our fully fenced-in storage facility at all times. Our resident manager makes periodic checks and maintains all of our security systems so that they function as designed.
We are committed to meeting all of your storage needs. Our “month-to-month” leases and 365 day per year electronic access systems give you peace of mind knowing you can come and go whenever it is most convenient for you. 24-hour storage unit access is also available for customers who require extra flexibility. Paying your rent is easy through online bill pay or your choice of automatic credit card or bank account payments. Also, delinquent customers can pay at the access gate if the facility is closed. - Take Exit 8 for Loop 20 (Bob Bullock Loop).

From the West (Santa Maria / I-35 South):
If you are coming from the river-side or central-west Laredo.
- Take Shiloh Drive heading East.
- Continue on Shiloh Drive past the I-35 overpass.
- When you reach the major intersection at McPherson Rd, turn Left (North).
- Immediately move into the left lane.
